Return Policy

At Watchetradehub.com, our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a “no questions asked” 3-day refund policy on all purchases, subject to the following conditions: Watches must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original boxes, papers, accessories, and tags included. Please notify a representative of your intent to return before shipping. Returns must be postmarked within 3 calendar days of receiving your watch, and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend insuring the return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we receive the returned watch, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If it meets all conditions, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping, insurance, or transaction fees (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or financing fees). This return policy applies to online sales only; in-store and international sales are final.

Watches sold with original Rolex factory stickers must not have the stickers removed in order to be eligible for a full refund. Removing these stickers can significantly impact the value and resale potential of the watch. Watches returned with the stickers removed may receive a reduced refund, up to 20% of the purchase price.

During the holiday season, we offer an extended return policy for exchanges only—no cash refunds. Watches purchased between Black Friday and December 25th may be exchanged until December 31st. Merchandise must be received by us by December 31st. Purchases made after December 25th or returned within 3 days of receipt are subject to our standard return policy.
